life
disturbed in ways
indescribable
in the cloudiness
a mind confused
with the change in rationale
not surprised
from new thoughts
but forsaken
by ancient whisps
tired brow
rested on partial hand
eyes gazed
the carpet blurs
internal screams escape
standing hairs on end
sweat falls
physical nervousness
streaming ever so steady
the entire body cries
gone
...just gone

I was going to make a post, but all of a sudden got weirded out by the fact that so many people could stalk me for various words I put into it, so now I'm not going to. All I can say is.....Shakespeare, there was Something to do, I learned it, and you can see it every weekend through the 19th. I think that works. Do some research, call me if you need any help.

contemplative
a boy
labeled by the actions of his mind
not looked at
for the mind of intelligence
blood flowing at the mercy of words
a senseless array of trash
building a foundation
for the greater life never seen
under cover
The Ritz and embryonic wine
providing nothing for the soul
to the soul;
wanting nothing more than a scapegoat
for him and his blood
the nightlight was fake
a stead stream
of changing faces
the timer
coming at the end of a reel
sleep and excitement raced
each wishing the other would win
to heighten
and even bless rivalry
the delay in impulse from pupil to nerve
meant death
fresh blood
with all its new diseases
would prove the winner
though only in its own reflection
a state of confusion
pronounced briefly
by confused erratic nerves
from a body betrayed by need
waste from one
could be replaced by the other
but they were entirely different ends
he was aware; he could think
for himself

music: The new UnderOath CD...I got it Tuesday
I got the new UnderOath CD, and it is tasty. The beach has been interesting thus far. This is our last night here, so as a grand finale I get to write another blog! I'm doin' the dance. Yeah, that one. I'm not sure which really funny events to write about. There's always golf I guess. I'm not pro at golf, putt-putt maybe, golf is an entirely different matter. For the last three years I have participated in the few hours of golfing that my grandfather and most of my uncles have and I must say it is funny! From nearly knocking out a child (cousin did it, not me) to the ever popular let's-see-how-many-people-will-honk-from-t
Other related activities included pool (swimming and stripes or solids), and Nintendo. Lots and lots of Nintendo. Not too much mind you, but a good amount. There were also lots of fun games played. Apples to Apples, Cranium, Catch Phrase, and a few others. We went to the newly re-opened/renovated NC Aquarium in the area, and it was pretty cool. I didn't get any good pictures of the cool sharks that were way bigger than me, but I do have a cute and tiny baby alligator picture, and this totally wicked awesome alligator piggy bank that anyone can feel more than welcome to donate into. That is my fourth job for the summer...Piggy Banking. I think it's a relatively new take on an old job, begging, which I thought I might have to do, but didn't really. See, if you have a really cute piggy bank, gator bank in this case, people might be more inclined to put a coin in. Even if it's a penny, it helps, I should know because I emptied the pennies out of my car and pockets and came up with about $1.50......IN JUST PENNIES!!! That doesn't include the nickles and dimes I had, or the load of chance my brother gave me. That's at least $3.47 that I have in my gator bank in only three days!!! It's working already. Just wait till I get home, spare change shall be mine!! Couches and dryers the world round will fear my name and bank! And I'll even return all the random socks I find and try to match them.
That shall be all for now, I have to plot the most evil of evils..................sleep.
I had to go home and go to bed, so I did.

music: does the beach play a song?
Soo like, I'm at the beach! Emerald Isle, NC to be exact. It's a wonderful and we've (my dad's entire side of the family) have been coming here for years. So many years in fact that I used to play in the shallow water with my cousins Kim and Angel and we'd play Little Mermaid. Now in't that something? Today is Monday, and we got here yesterday, but loads has happened in the little while before this. The first funny story before I log off shall be of the best Saturday evER followed by the week after...yes, it shall be that one;
I have to work three Saturdays ago at the skatepark. Not only am I working the regular 9:30-7:30, but for Metalfest afterwards, so it's more like 9:30-10:30 (supposed to be). Well, the day is going fine, but I've been at work for forever and a half so I ask if my little doggies can come back with me as long as I keep them in their cage. They can, so they sit behind the counter with me for a few hours while the wicked cool concert is going on in the park. Now, I have already made plans to go pick up some friends in Roanoke by 12:15, so I can't leave really late. As it turns out, the concert runs late, clean up runs late, and by the time I get all the slackers out of the park it's 11:00 and I still need to lock up. I made it out by 11:10 and to Roanoke by 12:15. This would have been alright had it not been for the fact that the plane got in a little early and my friends had to wait a little while for me. Me and the puppies are all kinds of excited at this point, and they go sit on my friends lap. After a while though, two little dogs get warm so Dot got passed over to me, which is normally an alright event. This time was a little different, however, because not two minutes after he was passed over to me, my dog yaks all down the side of my shorts and onto my seat. YAY! for dog yammie!!! Anywho. So we pull into Sheetz and I wipe myself off and get some gas, run in to buy some Dr Pepper and Reesepieces (who actually says it in two words?) and I come back out to my car. I haven't even buckled myself in as I open my Dr Pepper and it explodes all over my steering wheel and on my newly cleaned lap. YAY! for exploding boobytrapped drinks!!! Sooo, once again we start heading down the road to get back home. For those of you that don't know, on 460 going through Bedford the speed limit changes about four times in two miles. I thought I was in the 60 mph zone when I crested a hill, but the waiting cop that turned on his lights and hunted me down said otherwise. I was doing 63, which is reasonable for a 60...unfortunately the cop informed me that I was in a 50 and he clocked me going 65. On the bright side he did say that I could go to a mechanic and have my spedometer checked out if I wanted. On the bad side, somehow I got around to telling him about my apartment, which is not in Monroe as stated on my card, so not only did I get an outrageous ticket, but I got a silly ticket for failure to notify the government of my address change! YAY! for cops with nothing better to do!!!
So that was my three Saturdays ago. 'I had to go to church the next day so I went home and went to bed.'

something chipper?
music: DC Talk; In the Light
Yeah, so how awkward is it that that last post finally made it up? Somehow it was locked, so it didn't even make it onto the page until I just now fixed it, which also means that I'm back. A long story short, being homeless is hard. And boring. You don't realize how much you can do in the world until you can't do a thing. Sitting on a bench at the bottom of the Washington Monument, which all looks very nice now that they've modified it so vans full of explosives can't come in, it suddenly hits you that no, you have nobody to go talk to, no place to be in 5 minutes (or 5 hours for that matter), no dinner plans with these people you don't know. Nothing!! So yeah. I'm back, and safe, and would hope to type later. For now, I'm at tha' EMU visiting my sister. We're about to go to lunch and then she's coming back for Connors graduation. The funny thing, that I also put on my away message:
How do the Homeschooler's decide whose house to have graduation?
Do they go by whose mom cooks the best? Who has the biggest yard? I dunno. Anyway, we're off to lunch here shortly. The room smells of happy, and I have a wicked cool belt buckle with bullets on it!! ;-)
Lata guys.

music: The theme song for House
Waking up never hurt so much
never knowing what was coming
Sleep weaving evasively
thoughts of real life jumping in the way
To be here in arms would be nice
but known not just for fun
The present task upon waking eyes
making it's pain known to the two worlds
A dream ripped away
a feeling gone twisted
To not have anything to say
that is the worst
